State Rep. Luke Meerman, R-Coopersville, announced two local opportunities for residents to meet with him in January. The representative holds local office hours monthly throughout the 89^th House District.

Office hours are an opportunity for residents to meet one-on-one with their elected official to share thoughts, ask questions, and voice concerns. No appointment is necessary to attend.

Rep. Meerman will be available at the following times and locations:

• Friday, Jan. 10 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Ravenna Round Table located at 12396 Stafford St. in Ravenna.

• Friday, Jan. 24 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Delly Belly Bakery located at 288 Main St. in Coopersville.

“I look forward to giving a legislative update to local residents,” Meerman said. “I will be available to answer questions on the December lame duck session and share plans for the new term.”
